Welcome to Florist Highbury. These Terms & Conditions (hereafter referred to as "Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and your online flower delivery orders with us. By placing an order through our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all customers, including those located in Highbury and the surrounding areas. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Product Selection
Customers can browse our curated range of floral arrangements, bouquets, and gifts on our website. Product descriptions, pictures, and pricing are provided for your reference. Please note that all flowers are subject to seasonal availability and photos are for illustrative purposes only. Actual arrangements may vary slightly due to flower availability or seasonal factors.
2. Placing an Order
To place an order for flower delivery in Highbury or surrounding areas, select your desired product(s), add them to your shopping basket, and proceed to checkout. You will need to provide accurate delivery details, including the full name, address, and contact details of the recipient, as well as your contact information.
By submitting your order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
3. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an on-screen and/or email confirmation summarising your order. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not mean your order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your order will only take place when we dispatch the flowers to you or your chosen recipient.
4. Delivery
Florist Highbury offers delivery services to addresses within Highbury and nearby areas. Delivery dates and times are chosen by you at checkout, but are subject to availability and our delivery schedule. We make every effort to deliver on your chosen date, but during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control, deliveries may be delayed. We will attempt to notify you as early as possible about any changes. If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery driver will attempt to deliver to a neighbour or leave a calling card with instructions for collection or rearrangement.
It is your responsibility to ensure correct delivery details are provided. We cannot be held liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Payment for all products and delivery charges must be made in advance, using the accepted payment methods provided on our website at the time of ordering. Our payment options typically include major debit and credit cards, as well as any alternative payment platforms specified at checkout.
Transaction data is processed securely according to industry standards. We do not store your complete payment card information.
All prices are stated in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but such changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
Orders are considered complete and accepted only once we have received full payment. In case of payment failure or if fraudulent activity is suspected, we reserve the right to reject or cancel your order.
1. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your flower order, you may do so by contacting us as soon as possible following placement of the order. Cancellations for standard items are accepted up until 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. For same day or next day delivery orders, cancellation is only permitted within one hour of placing the order. After these periods, due to the perishable and bespoke nature of flowers, cancellations may not be possible, and your order may still be fulfilled and charged accordingly.
2. Amendments
Amendments to order details (such as recipient address or message) are possible only if the order has not yet been prepared or dispatched. For urgent changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once the order is in process.
3. Refunds
If you are entitled to a refund (for example, in the case of a cancelled order within the permitted period or a product defect), we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 7 business days. In line with UK Consumer Rights, you are also protected against receiving goods that are not as described, unfit for purpose, or not of satisfactory quality.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are only considered if the flowers are faulty, damaged upon arrival, or if the wrong item was delivered. In such cases, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt along with photographs of the item. We may arrange for collection or replacement as appropriate.
While we strive to deliver arrangements as closely as possible to the description and images shown, occasionally substitutions may be necessary to ensure a timely delivery. Substitutions may occur with flowers of equal or greater value and similar style or colour as per our florist’s discretion. In such cases, we act to maintain the overall look, feel, and value of the arrangement.
By placing an order, you agree to:

Our liability in connection with any product purchased through our site is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.
2. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the products if such delay or failure results from events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, pandemic, weather conditions, strikes, traffic, governmental actions, or supplier failures).
